The diamond coated segment saw blade can be used to notch or cut ceramic floor tiles. It really does a nice job of cutting out the grout around tiles, but doesn't do such a great job when you have to actually cut the tile itself. You'll find that it can't cut through everything such as the mortar around bricks. If you really need to do some heavy duty work, you should use an angle grinder with a diamond saw blade. You'll find the motor inside Rockwell Sonicrafter not as powerful as a professional woodworking tool, but is nice for light duty jobs.
Rockwell RW9120.3 Sonicrafter 3-1/8-Inch HSS Segment Sawblade, 3-Piece
You should be aware that these blades are not really designed to be used for heavy duty, prolonged use. As long as you focus on the hobby style projects, then these types of blades are more than adequate. A lot of people complain that the blades can get dull pretty quickly and you'll have to replace them which can get fairly expensive in the long run.
